What are the benefits of the Hometown Heroes program?
Qualified buyers may receive assistance with down payment, closing costs or other upfront homebuying expenses.
Who qualifies?
The Hometown Heroes Program is designed for eligible teachers, school employees, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, military members, veterans, and other qualifying community heroes.
What if I'm retired? Do I still qualify?
Many times, these benefits are also available for qualified retirees. If you are retired from a hospital system, school system, the military, or public safety, you should learn what your options are. We can help.
What if I work in the school system, but I'm not a teacher?
These benefits may be available for any school system employee - be it adminstrative, maintenance, or teaching. Same goes for medical...you don't have to be a doctor or nurse to qualify. Just let us know who your employer is and we'll help you find out if you quality.
